User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0 i was recently fidgeting with the password manager when the master password popped up, and even though i never set a master password, my usual one wouldn't be accepted. it wouldn't let me delete the master password either. not even reinstalling Firefox did any good. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open Firefox options 2.view saved passwords 3.type in usual password, even though you never remember making a "Master Password" Actual Results: "Please enter the master password" over and over again. Expected Results: not ask for a master password
"even though i never set a master password, my usual one wouldn't be accepted" I don't understand this.. if you never set a master password, what is your "usual one"?
i generally use 1 of 5 passwords
Thanks.
