A friend (on AOL) sends me an email with an inline image.  It displays ok in Thunderbird.  If I try to save the image I don't get any obvious extension.  Sometimes no extension.  Sometimes a .tmp.  It saves files which photoshop elements does not recognize.  However, if I forward the email elsewhere, such as to gmail, from within gmail I can do a save as of the image, and it saves to a nice normal jpg file.

Please attach a sample mail with the problem. (And state your version, if not nightly 2.0 beta, try that first also).

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.17)
