when browsing firefox and i want to click a link firefox doesnt open that link it just puts me back to the top of the page.
this happens randomly

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load a page
2.click on a link -> sometimes it puts me back to top of page instead of loading the page behind the link
3.




instead of putting me back to the top of the page it should just load the link i clicked

This bug has come back from the dead.
It existed in the 1.x era and was fixed.
But it has returned in 2.x.
