See upcoming testcase, you should not see any red, only green. This works with a 2006-12-06 build, but fails with a 2006-12-10 build, so very likely a regression from the landing of the reflow branch.

No, the testcase is incorrect. The iframe is a so called replaced element. That means auto offsets don't work when it is an absolutely positioned element. That's why you can still see some red in the incorrect testcase. So this bug is in fact invalid.
