Details

The barber pole moves at one speed when the mouse is still, but speeds up when
you shake the mouse around.  This might be an issue with all animated gifs, but
this is not confirmed (testcase?).
I can't confirm it either, but since it is just an animated gif, reassigning to
ImageLib.
