Details
I'm trying to deploy the automation test cases on the Solaris trees in Seamonkey-port, and found out that some test cases will send the result to the graph server which seems need an account to access.
Is there any policy for an outside contributor to get an account? Or I should setup a graph server by myself.

There is no policy for outside contributions to the graph server.
Justdave: is build-graph.m.o access filtered by IP on the server side?

Yeah, there's an IP block in place to only allow submissions from known tinderboxes because of some exploitable problems in collect.cgi at one time. Those problems appear to have been fixed recently, so I just entirely removed the IP blockade. Should be all set.
