It would be nice to have the availability to right-click a word in a webpage and get the translation/description of that word in your own language. Because it would make browsing a lot easier when reading pages that are not written in your mother language.

Dictionary Tooltip extension does this (on double click it shows a translation of the word) but there will be more extensions.

This is a job for an extension (which already exists), not as a built-in part of the browser.
