363869 - Cannot apply "is in my addressbook" related filter to "RECIPIENT" type fileds

When customizing the mail filters, for the "TO" / "CC" (i.e. recipient fields) you cannot select the option "is in my addressbook" or "isnt in my addressbook.."

Hence this types of filters cannot be set on "SENT" folder.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Thunderbird
2. Tools -> Message Filters
3. In the dialog, select NEW (to create new filter)
4. From the drop down, select any one of "TO" / "CC" / "TO or CC"
5. In the adjacent drop down you cannot see the items "is in my addressbook" or "isnt in my addressbook.."
Actual Results:  
Cannot apply address related filters effectively in SENT folders.

Expected Results:  
Allowed address related filters to "TO" / "CC" / "TO or CC"
