Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0
When two or more tabs are open, using either the home button (icon) or alt-home closes all but one tab. Also, the home page doesn't always come up when this happens (the left-most tab remains on its current page, rather than navigating to the home page). (I think the 2nd aspect of this is not important, as fixing the first eliminates the relevance of the 2nd.)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use File..New Window to open a new window with a single tab (tab 1), home page (mine is http://my.yahoo.com/ )
2. Go to a different web page (http://www.msn.com)
3. Create a new tab (tab 2) using Ctl-T, and navigate to a web page (e.g. http://www.google.com/ig?hl=en )
4. Still in tab 2, click the home icon.
Actual Results:
Tab 2 closes, and tab 1 remains (now the active tab). tab 1 shows not the home page (my.yahoo.com), but its previous state (www.msn.com).
Expected Results:
Tab 2 remains open, navigating to home page (my.yahoo.com)

I disabled these
Theme: Phoenity 1.5.915
Tabbrowser Preferences: 1.3.1.1
IE Tab: 1.2.0.20061120
and it works fine.
I re-enabled them and it still works fine.
