User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

Copied bookmarks.html from Netscape to replace the Firefox file. The file size is 721,224 from Netscape and becomes 655,765 after Firefox opens and truncates the last folders above 52 in my case, but the file size has definitely been circumsized.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start with a large Netscape bookmark.html
2.Copy and replace the Firefox with the Netscape file
3.Check to find out how many folders are lost.

Actual Results:
Lost bottom folders which are mostly in alpahbetical order.

Expected Results:
Same thing

Not truncated my file and lost my bookmarks. Note the original was in Netscape and has not been compromised.
Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
