Cursor does not change from the hand to the arrow if I move from a link to
outside of the browser window

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set up a browser window a link that is clipped off of the right side of the
window.

2. move the cursor from the link to outside of the window quickly

If you need clarification e-mail me.

Actual Results: Result: Cursor does not change from hand to arrow.

Expected Results: Cursor should change to arrow when not in a browser window
M15 release, OS 9.0.4

Confirmed. Resize the Mozilla window so it's really tiny (so a link will continue
behind those wonderful Gfx scrollbars, position cursor over link until it changes
to the 'hand' and move off the Mozilla window.

This should probably change to an arrow whenever it goes outside the Moz bounds.
This might be a dup as it sounds familiar (and there's lots of reported problems
with cursors 'sticking' - of which this is probably just another example - so
leaving uncomfirmed for now).
Don't have time (yet) to search for dup. Marking new.

Event Handling or XP Toolkit maybe.
over to event handling first.

Sounds like related (not dup) to bug 19439 (maybe).
