Using m16 builds on win98, mac and linux the titles for the text fields in the 
Edit Card or New Card dialog -Address tab, are missing.  Note: in M15 this was a 
problem too, but when you clicked on the field the title would display while the 
card was opened.  Now with m16 they don't display at all.

1. Launch Seamonkey
2. Open the Address book and select a card
3. Click Edit 
4. Click on the Address tab
Result: the fields don't have titles
Expected; the fields to have titles so you know what information to enter.

Taking bug back, converting to xul widgets should fix this issue.

Fix checked in.  By converting to the new xul widgets this problem is fixed.
