You cannot drag the Little icon in the address bar and place it onto the links bar
as you can in Firefox 2.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag link from bar place onto links bar


Actual Results:  
It doesn't drop onto the bar

Expected Results:  
For it to drop onto the bar and stay there
