Details

When you open a new browser window (ctrl-n) the windows sometimes appear underneath the start bar, if its located at the top. This forces you to press alt-space, m, down arrow a couple times. Just to see the caption bar. When creating a new window Moz should check to see if there are any toolbars on other sides of the windows. eg. ICQ can also be docked on any of the sides.
