Does it work if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (it temporarily disables plugins and extensions, this test will help narrow down the cause of the problem) http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode
Also, does the "Quality Feedback Agent" (aka Talkback) window open? If so, please send the data and let us know the incident ID. Thanks. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback
after starting firefox in safe mode, quitting it and restarting it normally, everything works fine.
Maybe you could download 2.0 again and use that to go to "Tools->Add-ons" and disable all the extensions and then restart 220.127.116.11 - does that work? If it does, enable them one by one to see which one is causing the crash. Thanks for your help.
-> incomplete rerhart, when you still crash with Firefox 18.104.22.168 please see comment #4 from mats how to fix this problem.
