found this while testing linux opt comm bits 2000.04.19.16-m16. will test other pltforms soon... 1. load the above url (make sure sidebar is closed initially). 2. open sidebar (View > Sidebar). 3. click the What's Related panel. observe that the panel is blank.

This is a side-effect of danm's chrome restructuring. You need to start with a clean profile (or more specifically you need to remove "panels.rdf" in your profile directory).
