The render-engine begins to load the table and to display it correctly, but when
it finishs to load the table, it moves it up of one line and erase a part of
graphic and text at the top of the table.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load the webpage
2.Wait, look the top of the center table
3.To correct it, hit reload

Actual Results:  It displays incorrectly the top of the table until u reload

Expected Results:  Do not move the table after load it

Confirming - the line "Concours/exposition PHOTO U" and the left-aligned image
lose the top pixels. if you highlight, it draws correctly. The site uses DIV tags.
