36460 - can not create profiles with last linux build

This mornings linux build (2000041911) installer version let me make a profile
after it installed (although it froze up after it made it, at least it made it).
Todays second linux build (4:00pm...) won't let me create a profile.

I had rm -rf'd ~/.mozilla before i ran it for the first time (tar.gz version,
not the installer)... When it starts up, i get the create profile window, but
the main part of it is blank, and pressing the buttons just emit errors...for
example, here's the output of clicking finish:

Cancel does work =)
