364646 - Firefox will not start up, only get a box that says "Alert"

After the upgrade, Firefox will not start up.
Tried "Go Back" to before the upgrade. No luck, same thing.
The only thing happens is a small box (like a popup) will start and say "Alert" on the top, the same line as the "X" to close the box. Firefox will not do anything.
I tried to start another session of Firefox and nothing else happens at all.
PLEASE HELP!

Can you try starting Firefox in Safe Mode (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode) (do you have any extension installed). ?

Can you try starting Firefox in a new Profile (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager) ?
