This is part of the SpiderMonkey 1.6.0 release process. In the old days, the person performing the SpiderMonkey release would perform these steps however access to stage was locked down some time ago. I have placed the tarball on my server since it is too large to attach.

Please place <http://bclary.com/projects/spidermonkey/js-1.60.tar.gz> into <stage.mozilla.org:/home/ftp/pub/js/>.

and move js-1.5.tar.gz from <stage.mozilla.org:/home/ftp/pub/js/> to <stage.mozilla.org:/home/ftp/pub/js/older-packages/>.

justin, can you help me make this happen? And can we get a new owners for this component?
I believe build handles these types of requests - copying preed. Preed - let me know if this should be us.
Yeah, I can do this for this release, but if you'd like us to help with this going forward, we should figure out what the release process looks like; I didn't even know we had something like this.

bc: can you post an MD5 sum of the js-1.60.tar.gz file you want to be posted on the FTP site (to verify).

The issue with my write access to the js directory has been resolved. marking this works for me as I will push the files later today. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.
