to get started it would be nice to plug in the following URL

Changed platform and OS to "All".  I would rather die than work on a PC/Windows
only bug.

Checked in.  I added an "About" menu at the left (where the apple menu should go)
and put this "Release Notes" item on it. Marking "FIXED".
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
