364810 - Partial updates not being generated (nightly updates missing)

The partial mar's for updates aren't being generated today, so 20061022 is the latest build offered by the nightly update system. This is completely separate from bug 364477, which is now fixed.

I think this is happening because of the Sunbird 3.0a1 builds which were removed from the FTP yesterday. If the corresponding complete snippets are still on aus2-staging, and the copy on prometheus-vm, then the partial generator will give up when it can't pull files from the ftp.

The files on aus2-staging are

These are pulled from the build logs of the Sunbird 20061222 nightlies.

I've put this bug in mozilla.org::Build & Release rather than Firefox::Software Update to match the people who can fix it. Hopefully that doesn't make it hard to find.
