I have faxed the CVS Contributor Form to Marcia Knous at 650 903 0875.  Still waiting for Attila to vouch for me and then I think all will be set.

I am the current module owner for Rhino, and I vouch for David.

Rhino is not part of the main set of CVS modules from which tier-1 products are built, so super-reviewer approval is not required. David's work will not involve any CVS commits outside of the mozilla/js/rhino tree.

Sounds good.  I was trying to be thorough; the "Getting CVS Write Access" document  seems to suggest updating the bug a lot with extra status information.  According to step 10, I think I should say now that "all the needed info is in the bug." :)  Happy holidays.
