the summary says it all. tools options lets me turn off the master, but it turns itself back on. it will not even go through the motions of letting me change it, and gives me no reason-just says unable to change.

Steps to Reproduce:
1."tools"
  "options"
  "security"
  "master password"
2.can't keep it un-checked
3.can't change
Actual Results:  
i was stuck with a master password i had to give to someone because i couldn't turn it off. now they have it,and i can't change it.

Expected Results:  
i should have been able to turn it off, so they could have limited access, but they had the run of the store instead.

you guys were very nice to send me an informative e-mail copy, but i have tried several times to make this work, and now you act like nobody has time for my little problem. we're all busy, but your business is not necessarily more important than mine.    DIDN'T WORK!
