the "review requested" email does not include the bug summary, only the bug number. eg. Subject: review requested: [Bug 365224]
WFM: Subject: review requested: [Bug 365129] "Form field version was not defined." when changing products and not selecting a version
About the bug you are talking about: Subject: review requested: [Bug 365224] period is on the wrong side of parentheses in default users description Maybe your email client doesn't see the 2nd line?
request/email.txt.tmpl has: Subject: [% flag.type.name %] [%+ subject_status %]: [[% terms.Bug %] [%+ bug.bug_id %]] [% bug.short_desc %] So this looks correct to me.
