I believe "Bugzilla was upgraded on December 26th at 6pm PST (2am Wednesday UTC)." regressed bug 288038 comment 7 (which was WFM in bug 288038 comment 13).

That bug is still open, so I don't think it's worth a new bug about it.  Let's just get it noted on that bug that the behavior changes slightly again.
