Like so?

- mv dropmark-nav.png and dropmark-nav-small.png to toolkit/themes/pinstripe/global/toolbar/
- s|browser/skin/dropmark|global/skin/toolbar/dropmark| in browser.css and help.css
- rm the four unused winstripe dropmark-nav.*s, since they're only there to confuse me
