Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a HTML file with <A HREF="finger:njaitly@neumann.uwaterloo.ca">Finger
Test</A>
2.click on the link
3.
Actual Results: Nothing Happens
Expected Results: Show the finger information for the user njaitly on

This works fine for me. See:

I have a link there that does finger:bryner@students.uiuc.edu.
