inexistent isn't a word. using complicated words that don't exist is not recommended behavior. a nice thing about English is that you really can and often should just use simple words instead of praying that complicated words exist and make you sound good.
note:
you can say: nonexistent <foopy>; you can not say <foopy> nonexistent.
you can never say inexistent.
