The new tab displays the forgery web site until the hyperlink which i clicked finishes loading. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Navigate to a web forgery site 2.Navigate out of the web forgery site 3.Open a hyper link in new tab from another web site which is not a forgery web site 4.Forgery web site appears in the new tab until the site pertaining to hyperlink loads Actual Results: Forgery web site appears in the new tab until the site pertaining to hyperlink loads Expected Results: Blank page should appear until the site pertaining to hyperlink loads

It's not clear to me what you mean. 1. I go to http://0x520b4e0b/webscr/paypal/index.html 2. The page gets black and I click "get me out of here" 3. I'm thrown back to my homepage 4. On this homepage I open a link in a new tab 5. But I don't see the forgery website load first like you describe

It works sporadically. Sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesnt. I am not able to replicate the situation with the link you provided.
