Right after downloading my email, the mail program closed, an error report was generated and sent off to Microsoft.  I lost everything in my inbox, folders, etc...  I attempted top solve this problem using your "forums," to no avail.  Your products used to work, but now they really suck.  I can't believe I lost everything, I am in state of shock.  You ask for donations????  You people are insane and dangerous.
