Details
speaking with a coworker about how trees might be used for requirements, it's clear that he wants to walk through bugs by selecting nodes in the tree and changing their dependency relations without loading the bug itself.
the description in my notes is "contextually create children"
basically being able to create a bug that blocks or depends on any node in the tree.
