365687 - User getting .htm file rather than lightning.xpi when trying to download

I've seen several reports of this now, and haven't heard anything about it being fixed, so I wanted to get it on file.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Right click and choose Save As... (as per Lightning download instructions)

Actual Results:
Saved file is a .htm file

Expected Results:
Saved file is lightning.xpi

This is a known problem, caused by bug 299372, which we can do nothing about at the moment.
