people waste time having to go back to the bug to set approval flags in bugzilla. i shouldn't have to do that. they should be somewhere, but not necessarily in the same place as the normal flags. possibly hidden by a disclosure (atm I'm fine w/ requiring JS to use this feature).

I would WONTFIX this, but I'm sure it would just be reopened. The correct solution is to allow attachments from the normal show_bug page, not to add show_bug controls to the attachment page.

Is this still a problem? I think I can manipulate attachment flags just fine in the attachment editor.
