365836 - text appears at the right (hand) side of the cursor - seems to write backwards

When sufing it sometimes happens that everything i type appears at the left side of the cursor. I tried using backspace to delete what i wrote but it doesn't work - "del" does however, so I think it must be one out of 2 Poibilities:
1. The letters appear at the right (hand) site of the cursor
2. The cursor jumps to the left such fast that I don't even see it moving
When this appears I am not able to surf allright anymore - firefox seams frozen(I can't open Webpages - neighter if i write them reverse nor when I click a link), but I can close tabs and close firefox - the prozess keeps running and must be killed however.

Steps to Reproduce:
sorry, I couldn't get exactly when this happens. I think it might have appered on Sites using a bit more then Javascript then normal (not like in AJAX, just ordinary JS)

just writing normaly like it does now

I don't use a special theme and I don't have any plugins installed now, cause I have just reinstalled the whole system. Its just plain Firefox with Default-Config - but it happend sometimes before. After a restart of Firefox the problem is fixed  for the moment.

Reporter does the issue you reported happens while tabs with java applets are open? You described that you don't have installed any plugin. What does the list say about java? Open 'about:plugins' to find it out. If this doesn't belong to java this bug isn't a dupe.

Java is installed of course, I forgot this, I didn't install it for FF but for coding.
Short time before the problem occured there was an Applet on one Site (in a seperate Window - if this matters), but I think this windows was already closed before the Cursor started to bug around - and it was closed (like all tabs in my main window and all other windows were) before I tried it last time, it did not recover.
