could the New (Plan, Case, Run, Environment) options be hidden while i'm logged out

I'd file this as unconfirmed if i could, but i can't I'm used to modern Bugzilla, where most things that don't make sense aren't available if you aren't logged in. this is what i saw: Testopia: Search | New Plan | New Case | New Run | New Environment | Environment Variables | Help I think I'd rather not see the New ... links if i'm not logged in... just a thought.
hmmm, I added this a little while back. It should show up in 1.1.3 as soon as it is released.
