See upcoming testcase, which gives a strange font-family for the first part of the text, where it should just give Times New Roman, because that is my font of choice.
Also selecting some of the text gives some strange effects.
Before cairo was turned on on windows, this was no problem.

this is mostly a dup of the bug that we shouldn't do font selection for uniscribe items but on a character by character level.. forget the bug # tho
