366024 - Whole webpage occasionally moves up and down really fast

Every once in a while, (on random), the whole webpage does a serious error of some sort. The webpage seems to move up and down about 2 sentences width and the only way to end the error(?) is to close the program and start a new Mozilla Firefox. I have tried reprogramming the software but it did not solve the problem. Please help with my situation.

no response to comment 1, so => incomplete.
  Sung Kim, if you still see thie problem, please reopen the bug. but if determined the problem was not caused by firefox, please achange resolution to invalid
