Currently each time I update the planet configuration I need to file a bug to get someone in IT to make the change live. It would be nice if this could be made automatic, or, if you're concerned about anyone with svn access adding random stuff to the planet config, make it pushable through some web interface.

I am updating planet from svn every 5 minutes now. That should take care of this.

sorry, I read that cron entry incorrectly, its set to run at 5 minutes past the hour, every hour.
Is the svn pull in the cronjob that actually runs planet?
yup, pulls from svn first, then updates planet.
