User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 I have problem with scrolling with my mouse wheel on any page I open in Firefox. Sometime it works and sometime it does. This problem only occur when Firefox is updates to 2.0.0.1. I have tried the same pages in IE and the mouse works fine. I thought it might be my Bluetooth Logitech MX™ 1000 Laser mouse causing problem, but the wired USB mouse did not make any difference. I have two monitors with the split desktop and I even took one screen off to see if it was a problem but unfortunately made no difference. One last thing I tried that I uninstalled Firefox and installed it again and it worked absolutely fine. The problem started the minute it was updated to 2.0.0.1. It will be worth mentioning that if you click on a scroll button the scroll does not work. You have to move the scroll bar up and down with the mouse click itself. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/2007051502 Firefox/2.0.0.4, and it worked for the bug reporter after he re-installed. It sounds like this was at most a problem when upgrading to 2.0.0.1, which no one should really be doing anymore.
Resolving as WORKSFORME since the bug report says it was resolved when doing a clean install.
