Details

Steps to reproduce: 1. Checkin changes to mozilla/LICENSE Actual results: 2. Firefox's win32-tbox goes red because of a conflict in this file. 3. Need a build engineer's valuable time to fix the issue. Expected results: 2. Tinderboxen are not affected by such a non-code change in such a way, saving said build engineer's valuable time.
Addendum: Thunderbird's win32 box goes red as well. Maybe others, I don't know (yet).
