I registered on Bugzilla today to report a general inability to save pages or images using standard dialogs and/or contextual menus and decided it was too much of a hassle.

Firefox 2 is seriously buggy and submitting bugs through Bugzilla is more trouble than it's worth.

I'm a user, not a debug engineer.

Save is buggy.  Making sure my particular bug hasn't already been submitted is a huge pain in the ass.

That's why you should always at least fill in the "Steps to reproduce", necessary for the testers (mostly volunteers) to understand and try to reproduce your bug.

For "basic is stuff is broken for me but not for anyone else, help!", http://forums.mozillazine.org/ is more likely to get you a useful response than Bugzilla.  File a bug in Bugzilla once you've figured out steps to reproduce.
