User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 I registered on Bugzilla today to report a general inability to save pages or images using standard dialogs and/or contextual menus and decided it was too much of a hassle. Firefox 2 is seriously buggy and submitting bugs through Bugzilla is more trouble than it's worth. I'm a user, not a debug engineer. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Save is buggy. Making sure my particular bug hasn't already been submitted is a huge pain in the ass.
(In reply to comment #0) > I'm a user, not a debug engineer. > That's why you should always at least fill in the "Steps to reproduce", necessary for the testers (mostly volunteers) to understand and try to reproduce your bug. See also http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html for better understanding how it works.
For "basic is stuff is broken for me but not for anyone else, help!", http://forums.mozillazine.org/ is more likely to get you a useful response than Bugzilla. File a bug in Bugzilla once you've figured out steps to reproduce.
