Details
I just wanted to create a view with all bugmail whose X-Bugzilla-Product is *not* Bugzilla on my @gmail.com account, but the "doesn't contain" and "isn't" operators are missing. Gmail is a POP account.

this seems to be working on my 2.0 windows build, but I swear it wasn't working on my mac 2.0 build a couple days ago.

Custom headers don't have these match operators in MailView (or Search). Filters have these, except for IMAP.
