366497 - Can't add new RSS Account in CJK build

Can't add feed, Import or Export feed file if i create new RSS account in CJK build.

Although, It will appear account name in Folder list,but isn't any work of this account. It's no "Trash" in this account,too.

If you reopen Thunderbird, the account name will be "blank" and still can't do anything.

This bug is happened in ko and zh-TW i tried. I also tried en-US and fr, but OK in these language.

And it's OK in old account. (upgrade or created by en-US)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Using ko or zh-TW build.
1.Create new profile.
2.Tools>Account Setting
3.Add Account> RSS News & Blog
4.Next, then Finish.
Actual Results:  
This account is no function.
