Only possible to create one RSS account

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new profile.
2.Create a RSS account and import a OPML feed list.
3.Create a second RSS account.
Actual Results:  
Second account isn't shown in account list, but properties are saved in pref.js. Cursor seems to become a clock, but no hang.

Expected Results:  
Second RSS account should be visible.

I forgot: After creating the second account, the first RSS account and the local account change their places, so the first RSS account is at the top of the list.

Another side-effect: In the first RSS account, there are feeds from http://www.babelzilla.org like "Babelzilla: Firefox extensions". After creating the second and restart, the feed is called "Babelzilla<8-digit hexvalue>".

It would be nice if this could be fixed soon so i can do further testing on bug 258465 where trunk is necessary.

Steps to Reproduce :

- Create a new Profile and create a RSS News Blog Account (News and Blog)
- Add a Feed (as example i used http://www.spiegel.de/schlagzeilen/rss/index.xml)
then:
- Add a second RSS News and Blog Account (News and Blog 2)
-> Its not listed 

will try to find a regression range

You don't even have to add a feed to the first account. 2.0 Beta 1 works fine.
