WFM. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20110511 Firefox/4.0.1 SeaMonkey/2.1 1. open http://feeds.mozilla.org/ (does that qualify as a page that "always refreshes"?) 2. open sidebar (F9) 3. reply to this message. Results: feeds.mozilla.org updates. typing into this window is unaffected.
> 1. open http://feeds.mozilla.org/ > (does that qualify as a page that "always refreshes"?) Not really. Back in 2007 AJAXy webpages didn't exist much. The Original report probably refers to pages that do <meta refresh>
WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20110902 Firefox/6.0.2 SeaMonkey/2.3.3 1. Opened mrtg web report page from local router 2. Opened sidebar (F9) 3. Tested both with second window and new tab in same window, it doesn't loose focus to mrtg page
