I have an external monitor attached to my MacBook Pro and use it as a second monitor (dual display). If I move Firefox over to the external display and I try to access the right click menu, the menu is displayed on the computer monitor (first monitor) instead of the external display (second monitor). This also happens to the drop down box when you type in the URL or the google search drop down box from the menu, and the bookmark bar drop downs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Move Firefox onto the second monitor
2.Right click (ie. command-click) anywhere on the webpage OR click the drop down menu for where you type your URL, or click on a drop down menu from the google menu bar or click a bookmark bar item that has sub-bookmarks (ie.is a drop down item)
Actual Results:
The drop down menu or right click is displayed on the first monitor and not on the second monitor.

Expected Results:
the drop down menus and right click menu is displayed on the second monitor where firefox is located.
