I saw www.mozilla.org/update/ mentioned in a previous bug, and noticed it still points to Firefox and Thunderbird 1.5.0.4. I assume it's getting the version numbers from html/download.js, but I don't know. I don't know if the page is still in use, either. :-)
hmmm... VARIABLES is alright (bug 364435). Any idea why the file is not updated?
Let's just delete it.
