Running xulrunner-stub several of our components fail to load with NE_ERROR_FACTORY_NOT_REGISTERED errors. I haven't been able to track down exactly what is failing, but I've found that the problem has to do with the working directory. Setting the working directory (via a shortcut or VisualStudio) to the ./xulrunner subdirectory makes everything load correctly. The working directory changed after Bug 319843 landed.
Actually, this is a bug on our end. Turns out that, because the working dir has changed due to bug 319843, we had to move the other dlls that some of our xpcom components link against into the app directory instead of the xulrunner directory like before. Fun :)
