When the migration wizard imports calendars from Apple's iCAL.app, it does not import calendar names. Instead each calendar is named "iCalendarX where X is a number from 1 to the total number of calendars you have.

It would also be nice if the migration wizard could detect the color that the calendar was assigned in iCAL.app and use that color for the calendar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird on Mac with a new profile and several already defined calendars in Apple iCAL
2. Allow the migration wizard to import iCAL data

Actual Results:
The imported calendars do not have the name that they had over in iCAL.app. Also, they are all the same color: clear.

Expected Results:
The calendars should use the iCAL names for the calendars, if possible. Also, they should automatically be assigned different colors, at least. Ideally, they would be assigned the same colors that they had in iCAL.app.
Severity: normal → S3
